Farm Division

The Farm Division is open to girls who are between the ages of 8 years and 10 years old.  The Farm division begins to better develop the hand eye coordination of the players.  In this division the players pitch an 11" softball in an underhand fast pitch motion.  The scores are recorded and the competition is low key. There are playoffs and a championship game at the end of the season. To help keep the games close in score some additional rules apply: Batters start off with one strike against them. Runners are allowed to steal only one base per pitch. Runners can't steal home.  No base stealing is allowed if your team is ahead by 7 or more runs.  No more than 7 runs may be scored by a team per inning.  This division is considerably more skilled than Tee-Ball and prepares the girls for play in the upper divisions with girls over 10 years of age.
