Tee Ball is designed to introduce girls and boys between the ages of 4 1/2 years and 8 years to the sport of softball/baseball.  In this division there are no winners or losers, we don't keep track of the score.  Every inning each team bats through their line up, three outs or not.  Players hit off of a tee at the beginning of the season and for those capable, coach pitch is used towards  the end of the season.  This program is a great way to get the young children in our community the chance to get outside and learn the fundamentals of the game.  Organized sports has many qualities that help our children develop social skills, hand eye coordination, team play, physical activity and many more positive skills.
